Penny has come a  long way in the short time we've had her. Initially she was very timid, but now she has become more curious. Penny has realized that people mean good things--treats and pets. She is friendly and appears to be crate-trained. We suspect she may be a little timid initially in a new home, but she will warm up quickly when she feels safe.  Penny came to us with her sister, Mouse, as well as with Mindy, who we believe is her mother. They all came from southwestern Virginia. Gender: Spayed Female Current Size: 16 pounds Breed: Beagle (?) Mix Approximate DOB: 2/1/2024
