More about Gwen

You have not met a cuter, sweeter, more fun dog than this young gal. As a gorgeous 35lb pocket pup, she loves to play tug, run after toys, (shes working on the return part of fetch, lol), swim, and chase sprinklers down. She's great on walks, loves to hike, and then will settle down for the best nap ever. At one point, Gwen had learned how to dive below the water to catch toys! I have never laughed with a dog as much as I have with her. She is a delight to foster, although she can't wait to find her forever home!    While Gwen was originally from a hoarding case, she is very friendly with both people and dogs. However, her time there caused medical issues that TCWN has stepped up to the plate to help with. Gwen has had a life saving surgery (FHO) on one of her back legs and now she absolutely loves to run and do her zoomies with glee!!    Gwen is lovely, roughly around 1 and a half years old, and is the PERFECT size. She loves going on adventures, cuddling with her people, and lounging in the sun. She is truly blessed with the amount of energy she has, but also the ability to calm down and get the best naps in. She hasn't met anyone she hasn't loved after meeting them.  Crate trained  Crate/House broken (will go to the door to ask to be let out) Walks well on leash Does great in a car Treat motivated  Knows kennel up, up (to get into cars, etc), wait, sit, off, down, no, uh-uh, here/come (she also comes to her name), easy, etc. Would love to be in a home with another playful dog Super affectionate, playful, curious, confident, snuggly gal During outings on trails, through parks, to stores, and into Tucson mall, she has always put her best paw forward. Making friends when invited and being polite when asked. Gwen is a fabulous dog, UTD on shots, spayed, and all she is missing is you!!
