More about BANJO

Banjo is a 70-pound boy who is full of energy, personality, and playful spirit. He was surrendered by his previous owner after they realized they weren’t prepared for the needs of his breed, but Banjo is ready for a fresh start with a family who understands and appreciates an active dog. He’s fearless, playful, and loves spending time with people, especially when it involves games. Banjo is a big fan of playing with a ball and enjoys a good game of tug-of-war. He can be a bit of an escape artist, so he’ll need a home with a secure yard where he can safely burn off energy. Banjo also has a strong interest in chasing squirrels, which adds to his adventurous nature. He doesn’t have experience living with other dogs, cats, or kids, so he’ll need to meet any resident dogs before going home and would do best in a home without children. He walks well on a leash and will thrive with an active family ready to give him the exercise, structure, and fun he loves.
