Baby Angel (11 years old) Baby Angel is an overweight Torbie who needs a loving, patient, and responsible adopter who will help her lose some weight. This friendly girl loves to be petted and fussed over, but because of her size she’s not able to run around lightly on her feet the way that other cats can. Indeed, her large size is already compromising her hind legs, hence the need for her to slowly reduce her weight and help those legs be more supportive. She is gentle and playful, and she would love to sit in a sunny spot on your couch or near a window while enjoying the best life has to offer – but with fewer calories. Our adoption counselors and your veterinarian can help you get started in giving this beautiful cat a new, slowly implemented diet and a new lease on life. I’ve helped a couple of my cats lose weight, and it’s not that difficult to do. They are much happier and active now, and that just means they have a lot more love to share.
