More about Max

Say hello to our little friend Max!  He's 100 lbs of fun packed in an 11 pound body. Max wants everyone to know he's not looking back at the awful life he lived, and knows it's all good from here. Max is an 8-year-old possible chihuahua/pug mix, and he is house trained as long as he's let out every few hours. He is crate trained but will cry a bit when closed in. He spent so much of his life locked away, he just doesn't care for it anymore. And who can blame him!  Max loves everyone and gets along with other dogs. We aren't sure about cats. He is a true snuggle bug and loves sleeping with his person at night.  Max hasn't learned to play with toys yet, but loves treats and chew bones.  He is doing very well with his learning to walk on leash.   Let's show Max life is still worth living!
