Casper is a 2-year-old cream Pomeranian with a big personality and plenty of energy packed into a small body. He loves yard time, long walks, and playing with other dogs, though his enthusiasm may be a bit much for more laid-back canine friends.   Casper is very friendly with people and enjoys meeting new faces. He can be vocal at times and would benefit from continued training and a consistent routine. He is not a fan of cats and will do best in a cat-free home.   Casper is looking for an active home that can keep up with his exercise needs and provide structure to help him thrive.
