I came to OCAS from another shelter, and not much is known about my history. I'm happy, I love people, and I did well for my intake exam and vaccines. My foster friends say I am a sweet guy - pleasant and adorable, quiet (did not bark once), curious, and I tend to stay by your side. Like many dogs in NC, I am currently heartworm positive, but don't worry - OCAS will cover the cost of my treatment.
