Exam confirmed dehydration, thickened intestines (equivocal), and low body condition score and muscle wasting. Medical ran bloodwork and did x-rays and shaved her down.She has the following medical conditions:- early renal disease (stage 1 vs early stage 2)- moderate dental calculus, severeal missing teeth -teeth were last scaled in 2025- slightly thickened intestines -- given history of vomiting and low body condition, could have chronic enteropathy (chronic gut disease) vs a more acute cause of vomiting - osteophytosis at lumbosacral area of spine (`spinal arthritis`) Behavior: has `kitty minutes` for blood draws with medical team, but in cage approaches and asks for chin rubs and has been very friendly :)Given low body condition score, renal disease, osteophytosis and possible intestinal disease, not a candidate for re-release. Placing on needs rescue urgent or available to adopter willing to take on senior cat.Long term may need prescription diets, abdominal ultrasound or biopsies to manage gastrointestinal issues, regular grooming to prevent matting, and dental care with a veterinarian and pain medication is her spinal arthritis starts to limit mobility.FELV/FIV/HWT neg/neg/neg
