Coca Cola is a young Blue Heeler mix who is brand new to rescue and currently decompressing in his foster home. He was dealt a very tough start in life after being abandoned and left behind in an apartment when his previous tenants moved out. Because of this, the world is still a scary and unfamiliar place for him.Right now, Coca Cola is shy, timid, and unsure of many everyday things. Car rides, crates, and new environments are all very new to him, and he is still learning that he is safe. Despite his fears, he is showing gentle signs of hope—he enjoys food and is beginning to seek out attention, which tells us he truly wants to connect.Coca Cola will need a patient, dog-experienced home that understands shy dogs and is willing to help him build confidence at his own pace. Continued training, routine, and positive reinforcement will be key to helping him blossom. A confident canine companion may also help him feel more secure.This is what we know about Coca Cola so far, and we will continue to update his bio as we learn more about his personality, preferences, and progress.
