Meet Charlotte! The ultimate lap cat and certified sweetheart ♥️Don’t let her mature age fool you ! Her foster parents call her”party girl”!  She’s a little spitfire - full of pep and energy. She’s very talkative curious and doesn’t miss a thing. Charlotte, approximately 14 years old, is pure love wrapped in fur. She currently has mild kidney disease and is on a low-dose blood pressure medication. She lives for attention and will happily let you know it with gentle headbutts, nonstop biscuits, and the kind of affection that melts your heart. Face massages? Yes please. Actually, just pets of any kind? She’s all in. Charlotte comes from a very loving home, and sadly, her owner is no longer able to care for her.
