Foster Home Feedback ** No Apartments or shared walls 2/22/26 Foster Feedback: Belarus has been settling into her foster home for a few weeks, and she’s officially ready to find her forever family. She’s an easygoing girl who is very impartial to other animals—when she first met her foster’s dogs and cats, she simply walked past them without much interest. She does best with laid‑back or gentle dog companions and doesn’t appreciate dominant or rough‑and‑tumble play styles. She’d enjoy a mellow canine friend but would also be perfectly content as the only dog in the home. Belarus is very people‑oriented and likes to stay close to her humans. She keeps her kennel clean, though she can be a bit whiny at times, so a quieter home (rather than an apartment, townhome, or condo) would likely suit her best. She does better in a plastic kennel, as she has figured out how to escape a wire crate. When left out for a few hours, she’s done well—occasional accidents happen, but nothing unusual for a foster dog adjusting to a new routine. At night, she can sleep in her kennel or outside of it—she’s comfortable either way. She has no food aggression and is generally a polite, affectionate girl. When she gets excited, she may jump up or give enthusiastic licks, but both are easily managed with a little guidance. Belarus appears to be potty trained but may have accidents if left alone too long or if her cues to go outside are missed. With consistency and attention, she’ll continue to improve. Belarus is a sweet, loyal companion who thrives on human connection and a calm environment. She’s ready for a family who will appreciate her gentle nature and help her continue to blossom.
