More about Mia
Meet Mia — your springtime sidekick! At just 5 months old, Mia is a happy, energetic pup who’s ready to bloom in her forever home. Found as a stray earlier this year, she’s now safe with Southeast German Shepherd Rescue and soaking up her second chance at life. Mia loves people, kids, and other dogs, and would thrive with a playful canine sibling. She’s about 99% potty trained, crate trained and already knows a few basic commands. This smart girl will even let you know when it’s time to go out—sometimes with sweet kisses and a gentle wake-up call Like any puppy, she’s curious (watch your socks!) and full of energy, but she settles down into the sweetest cuddle bug at the end of the day. She also rides great in the car, making her the perfect adventure buddy. Mia is looking for a home with love, structure, and a family who’s around often to help her grow into the amazing dog she’s meant to be. Fostered in Roanoke, VA Ready to meet Mia?
