More about Noelle

Noelle was a stray, running with a pack of dogs in an area that is a common dumping ground for unwanted dogs. We got her spayed before she could add to the population, but then we didn't have anywhere for her to go other than back to the streets. Thankfully, a dog boarding facility allowed her to come there so she could recover from surgery. But this can't be a long term solution. Noelle needs a home. We are incredibly thankful for the boarding facility that took her in, but it’s not a home. She needs to be where she can bond with her family and gain some confidence. She is timid but so sweet. She wants so badly to be loved. She weighs 70 lbs and seems to be about 2 years old. We do not know her breed for sure. She is likely very mixed.  Noelle is located in Arkansas. She can be adopted locally, but transport is available to the New England area as well. Adopter must be able to pick up or arrange for someone to pick up for them in PA, NY, or CT on Saturdays.
