Meet Crete!Crete arrived at the shelter as a stray on 1/7/26 Shelter life has been a bit overwhelming for him. Crete is a friendly, affectionate boy who loves attention and is always happy to make new human friends. He enjoys treats (a lot!), already knows sit, and is eager to learn more—especially when snacks are involved. He’s also shown he can start to settle and respond to redirection with just a little guidance.He is dog selective, so thoughtful introductions and guidance around other dogs will be important for his success.In his kennel, Crete can be a bit of a “busy bee,” bouncing, spinning, and letting everyone know he’s ready to get out and go! It’s clear he’s a dog who would much rather be out exploring, playing, and spending time with people than hanging out in a kennel.And when he does get that chance, his sweet and fun side really shines.
