More about Piper

Piper is a 4.5-month-old, approximately 30 lb. puppy full of life and love. Her foster mom believes she has many Labrador Retriever/Hound looks and behaviors. She came from one of three litters in the same household and was surrendered along with 12 of her half/full siblings from a home in Oklahoma (same dad, different mothers). Piper has a beautiful Tan and White smooth coat and lovely green eyes. She is goofy, outgoing, and can be a bit bossy with her sister Ivy (she does have a few pounds on her!). She enjoys being outside, running around, and playing with a toy. She is very affectionate and loves to snuggle, but is happy to be off on her own as well. She is doing well with house and crate training.  She is doing well at giving signals she needs to go outside, but will need further work in a new home with new routines. She is in a home with a teenage girl and 4 foster siblings and does well with the other dogs. She spent several weeks in a respite foster home with a resident cat and did very well.
