Darryl is a stoic, German Shepherd with a calm presence and a nose that never stops working. He’s very easy to handle - he walks beautifully on a leash without pulling and is a breeze to get leashed up and out the door. In fact, he’ll even come right over when he sees the leash, ready for his next quiet adventure.Darryl is happy to do his own thing. He loves sniffing around and exploring. He has a lower energy level and is more than capable of entertaining himself. He’s not interested in toys, but treats will definitely catch his attention. He always takes them gently from your hand, even though he doesn’t know any tricks just yet.Darryl’s has an independent personality makes him wonderfully low maintenance. He doesn’t demand attention, but he’s happy to calmly stand by your side for as long as you’ll pet him, quietly taking it all in. He may not show big reactions, but he does appreciate gentle affection in his own subtle way.
