More about RED
Meet the sweet and sensitive, Red. This girl has had a pretty rough past, but she's ready to start fresh. Red came from an unsafe and unsanitary enviornment where she never got to practice being a `real dog.` This means that everything outside of her previous living environment is new(and therefore, frightening) to her. She is looking for a safe place to land where she can slowly come out of her shell at her own pace- without any expectations. She would benefit from a very quiet, predictable environment where no social pressure could be put on her. Here at the shelter, we have found that reuniting red with her best friend, Spot has made an immense difference for her. These two sisters being together has been mutually benefiical, and helps them build confidence! They love to go on walks together and wrestle in the yard. If your home is big enough to help two worried ladies find a safe place to land, these girls would love to stay together. They are able to make more progress moving thorugh the world as a pair!
