More about Genesis

Animal Information: Genesis is an estimated 10-month-old, German Shepherd mix currently weighing 33lbs. We think this sweet mini GSD is going to stay fairly small in the 35lb range. Foster Profile: Genesis was a little shy at first, but has really come out of her shell!  She’s a sweet pup who loves to cuddle. She is great with her teenage foster sister, who affectionately calls her America. Her foster, who also happens to be one of our fantastic training partners, is working on her confidence and she is making great headway . Genesis is crate and potty trained and is doing well with loose leash walking. She recently found her voice--she now joins in when the other dogs alert to the mail. It’s not excessive, just typical “hey something’s happening” participation.  Overall, Genesis is a really sweet dog who would love a home with a fenced yard and another dog or two to play with. Breed experience would be a bonus!  Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575 which includes spay/neuter, core vaccinations Rabies and DPPV per AVMA standards, any indicated preventative care, heartworm test, microchip with lifetime registration, and recent health check with a veterinarian.
