Please read ALL below where you will find answers about the pet, our adoption fees and how to do our adoption application!   Pet Description:  Aubie is an 11-year-old male brown & white tabby.  His owner died and family couldn't be bothered so the kind nurse brought him to us.  Aubie was an INDOOR ONLY cat.  He is loving but also very shy and prone to hiding so needs a calm home, might do ok with one other cat but was the only cat all of his life.  No dogs or children please.     ADOPTION FEES:  Cats & Kittens under one year old are $50.00 but cats over a year old are 'name your adoption fee.'   All cat adoptions include......mandatory spay/neuter which will be done before you can take your kitty home with you; basic kitty immunizations (FVR-CP+Calici); de-worming; one-year rabies vaccination if old enough; microchip from 24-Pet Watch; certificate for free health examination at your participating veterinarian; and a goodie bag chocked full of information, toys, etc.   The first step is to our Adoption Application here:  https://elmorehumane.org/adoption-application-online-form2.html .   IMPORTANT – we respond to your emailed applications and queries via email back to you.  Please make sure you have either added our email ([email protected]) to your contact list or that you routinely check your SPAM folder for our response just to be safe.
