Sweet Buddy was seized as part of a neglect case.  Thanks to his temporary foster he came to Mutts with weight on and knowing what love is.  Buddy is about a year old and weighs around 25 pounds.  Buddy is good with other dogs, is very friendly, has a lot of energy but will still find a lap to curl up on.
