Roosevelt is an adorable round headed fellow looking for his forever home! He was found sleeping under someone's deck looking to get out of the winter weather and was SO friendly that we just had to make room for him at the rescue. He is a lover and is constantly purring! He loves churu treats and sleeping on his back, whoever adopts this sweetheart will be incredibly lucky.
