More about Jill
Jill is a beautiful black and tan hound mix that came to the shelter with 5 puppies who were ready to be weaned. She took very good care of her puppies and they were all moved to rescue. Jill has been fully vetted and spayed and it is now her turn to find a new home. Jill is very friendly with people, but particular about other dogs. A meet and greet will be required for any adoptive home that has other dogs. Jill is frustrated at the shelter and barks and jumps on her door. Once she is out of her room, she calms down and enjoys her leash walks. We cannot say for certain that Jill is house trained; however, treating her like a puppy and keeping her spaces in her new home small, taking her out often, and praising when she goes potty outside will help her understand what she is supposed to do. Stop in and meet Jill today. We are open every day 11:00 to 6:00.
