Dear Potential Family, My name is Espressa, and I’m a fluffy dilute tortoiseshell with the softest colors and a tender little heart. I’m a shy girl who likes to take her time getting to know new people. Loud noises and busy homes can make me nervous, so I would do best in a calm home without young children. I feel safest in quiet, predictable spaces where I can move at my own pace. Once I warm up, I’m incredibly sweet and playful. I love chasing toys, exploring cozy spots, and when I’m feeling comfortable, I absolutely adore head scratches... that’s when my happy purrs really start going. I truly need another feline friend around my age (or maybe even a sibling). Having a kitty companion helps me feel safe and confident. I’m also very food motivated, especially when Churu treats are involved. That’s definitely the fastest way to win me over.  What I need most is a patient, loving family who believes in me and will give me the time I need to blossom into the amazing feline I’m meant to be.
