Meet Mond, the fluffy little celestial being! This Russian Blue mix is a spry 5-year-young love muffin, tipping the scales at a svelte 12-14 lbs. Mond is a total sweetheart, winning over the hearts of kids and fellow feline friends. Dogs? not sure just yet. Her name, Mond, translates to "Moon" in German, a nod to her origins at the shelter. To nail the pronunciation, just rhyme it with "wound," swapping a "W" for an "M." We know you’re trying to say it out loud right now! Mond’s adoption fee is $135.00 Please complete a non-obligatory application at www.pawsandprayers.org Paws and Prayers cats are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, FIV/FeLV tested (neg), dewormed, current on flea/tick prevention, and microchipped at the time of adoption. They are litter box trained unless otherwise noted. Please be aware we do not walk around standing & holding our shelter cats - this is unnatural to them, and we like to keep them as comfortable as possible.  Please read the entire bio before emailing the foster with questions. Meet and greets are not arranged unless an adoption application is filled out and approved and are by appointment only.  Resident pets of all applicants must have had routine veterinary care, be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines per the recommendations of your vet, current on heartworm tests and prevention (dogs only). We will verify these records; giving your veterinarian permission to speak with us will help expedite the processing of your application.  Should your pet have a medical issue that may prohibit any of these, please note that on your application and we will also verify this with your veterinarian.
