FOSTER CARE Hi there! My name is Chiquita and I'm a spayed, 9-year-old, Spaniel/Chihuahua mix that currently weighs about 20lbs. I'm a confident senior lady that is set in my ways. I'm hoping for a family that understands the retirement life. I'm fairly particular in a Golden Girls kind of way. My friends at PHS say I'm more of a Sophia. I prefer to live in an adult only household as the only dog, as I am quite independent and I'm learning to share. I'm hoping my forever family is prepared to help me work on that. Don't let my age fool you! Similar to Sophia, I still have plenty of pep in my step! I love playtime, going for walks, and spending quality time with my favorite humans.
