Now that temperatures are finally warming enough to melt this ice and make the roads safer, we’re hoping to get our momentum back—and we need your help.Meet Crimson. ❤️She came to us on May 3, 2026, when the weather was beautiful and the cicadas were singing. Crimson was an incredible mama, and her two babies have since been adopted together. Somehow, though, Crimson is still waiting.Despite the common belief that orange female cats are rare, no one has applied for her yet—and we truly don’t understand why. Like many of our cats, Crimson needs a specific kind of home. She is shy at first and would do best in a calm, quiet environment. She could adjust to calm animals or respectful older children, but she would also be perfectly happy as an only pet.Once Crimson feels safe, she is extremely loving and gentle.
