Hi, I’m Leroy, a 12-year-old senior sweetheart looking for my forever home.I’m a very cuddly guy and love being close to my people whenever I’m awake. If you’re around, I’ll probably be right next to you, keeping you company and making sure you never feel alone. I do enjoy my naps on my own during the day, but when I’m up, I’m all about companionship and attention.I’m also a committed foodie. Mealtime is very important to me, and I’m not shy about reminding you when it’s time to eat. I like to keep things on schedule.I’m gentle, sweet, and I really enjoy being pet. Honestly, I’ll take affection pretty much anytime you’re willing to give it. I’ve had some dental work in the past, so I need regular checkups to help keep my mouth feeling good, but I still enjoy life to the fullest.I like a calm and relaxed lifestyle. I’m happiest in a home where my people are around often, like someone who works from home or is home a lot during the day. I currently live in an apartment with my foster human and I’ve settled into that kind of quiet routine.I can be a bit particular about my animal friends. I get along with some cats, but not all of them, so I’m selective about my roommates. I haven’t met a dog before, so that’s an unknown for me. I would do just fine with gentle children over the age of five who understand how to be kind and calm with me.I also have a medical condition called IBD, which means I need daily medications like a steroid, fiber, and a laxative to help keep my tummy feeling good. I take my care seriously and do best with someone who is committed to helping me stay healthy and comfortable as I enjoy my golden years.More than anything, I want a home where I can get lots of love, attention, and companionship. I may be a senior, but I still have so much affection to give.
