Luna is on the Call to Action list as we are evaluating her neck sensitivity. She has been biting at the leash when we try to get her out of her kennel, which restricts her handlers due to the possible safety concern if she accidently misses the leash. We've been trying to find a comfortable walking tool for her, but we know that kennel stress and frustration are likely playing a role in this behavior. Luna did come in with another dog, but she has shown fearful behavior in playgroup, and at this point she would likely be best as an only dog, or with a quiet/respectful friend.
