Meet Taffy — an independent, playful sweetheart who wants nothing more than to love and be loved. This precious girl has been through more than she deserves. Her former owner could no longer afford to care for her, and Taffy suddenly found herself without a home. But through it all, her spirit never dimmed — she still greets every new person with hope in her eyes and a heart full of affection. Once she feels safe in her new environment, Taffy’s personality blossoms. She adores human companionship, but she’s also an independent girl who’s perfectly happy spending time alone with her favorite toys, making her a great choice for working adults. Taffy has a feisty side, with random bursts of energy chasing balls, attacking catnip toys, or tackling her favorite piece of yarn. This fun yet feisty trait would fit perfectly in a household with adults and older kids.    Taffy adores attention and will lean in for brushing and head rubs with a super loud purr . Her house manners are impressive; consistently and neatly using her litter box, never scratching furniture, and rarely jumping up on the couch, although she’ll sleep peacefully at the foot of your bed if given the okay.  After losing the only home she knew, all Taffy wants is a forever family who will cherish her and never let her go.
