MEET ADAM Adam is a Border Collie / Cattle Dog mix who has spent much of his life on the outside—watching the world from a distance and quietly wishing to belong. What he wants most isn’t wide-open space… it’s people Adam can be a bit cautious at first, so gentle introductions are important. He’s very people-oriented and tends to take on a protective role once he feels comfortable. He would do best in a home with older children and does well with other dogs, especially when given time to acclimate. He walks nicely on a leash, picks up commands quickly, and would make an excellent walking or hiking partner.
