I found my way to the shelter as a stray in December 2025, and now I’m hoping my next stop is my forever home.I’m a 4-year-old gray pit bull with a big, blocky head, soulful eyes, and an even bigger heart. I may look tough at first glance, but don’t let that fool you—I’m a total softie. I love people and being close to my humans, whether that means curling up on the couch, following you from room to room, or soaking up every bit of affection you’re willing to give.I’ve got a calm, gentle nature, but once I feel comfortable, my goofy, playful side starts to shine. I enjoy going for walks, earning treats, and finding the perfect cozy spot for a good nap. I’m eager to please and I am happiest when I’m spending time with my favorite people.All I really want is a family to call my own! A best friend, a cuddle buddy, and a loyal companion all wrapped into one. If this dog has been successful in our play groups it is not a guarantee that a dog will be social with other dogs in their home or in public settings. Dogs are individuals and have personality conflicts, just like us. Play groups do not guarantee that territorial or resource guarding issues will not surface in the home.
