Volunteer Joe admitted he had been a tad remiss in posting his field trip adventure with a certified `good boy` named Krash who proved to be all about love and fun.This guy stole their hearts instantly when he came to the door of his kennel to proudly show them his toy penguin. Krash climbed into the back seat like he was born to it and sat patiently while Joe hooked him to the seatbelt leash. He rode calmly, hanging his big head out the window as they traveled to George Rogers Clark Park for their outing.Once there, Krash showed good leash manners, never pulling too hard while sniffing all the smells. When he did enjoyed nosing on a particular patch of grass, a gentle `come on` from Joe was usually enough to get him rolling again. When they stopped momentarily, he was totally content to enjoy all the affection the volunteers were happy to bestow upon him. They took him into a fenced in tennis court to see if he would play fetch, but he simply wanted to run and play with them instead.This big, gentle baby knows `sit` and `paw` and took treats (which he was very enthusiastic about) quite gently. He loved seeing people and wanted to meet everyone. Other dogs definitely caught his attention, and Joe was certain Krash saw them as new playmates.Overall, he is a wonderful pup who needs to find his home and family to enjoy the life he surely deserves.Come meet KRASH at Animal House!
