More about Gloria - The Sweetest Survivor

Gloria came to us from our partner rescue in Louisiana and arrived in a NJ foster home on 1/10. This sweet survivor was found with her sister by animal control and was at risk of euthanasia simply due to lack of space. Thanks to a kind-hearted couple and our rescue community, Gloria got the second chance she so deeply deserved — and she’s made the most of it ever since. Gloria is a joyful, affectionate girl who is incredibly people-oriented. She bonds easily and deeply with her humans and truly thrives on connection. Once she chooses you, she’s all in — a classic “velcro dog” who wants to be near her person, soaking up love and reassurance. She’s happiest when she knows you’re close and feels safe by your side. Because of her strong bonds, Gloria is still learning that alone time is okay and that her people always come back. She’s making progress, but she’ll do best in a home where someone is around often and can continue helping her build confidence with gradual, gentle departures. With patience, consistency, and love, she blossoms more every day. Gloria is sweet, loving, and endlessly loyal — the kind of dog who will follow you from room to room and look at you like you’re her whole world. If you’re looking for a devoted companion and have the time to help a sensitive soul continue growing, Gloria just might be your perfect match. Gloria is up to date on vaccines and is fixed. Her  adoption fee is $550.    Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training   prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
