Was he actually in the ring? No. Does he believe he should have been? Absolutely. When he struts across the yard or around your living room, it’s with the confidence of a dog who has accepted second place to no one. His long legs, perfect floppy ears, and “I’m basically famous” attitude will make you feel like you’re living with canine royalty — the kind that eats socks instead of caviar. But beneath that almost champion swagger, he’s a total sweetheart. The adoption amount is a suggested donation of $200 to $300 dollars based on the pet's age.   **Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt. **
