Meet Theodore!  Theodore is a precious 3-month-old kitten with the gentlest soul and the loudest purrs. He and his five siblings were born on the streets of South Philadelphia, but thanks to a kind Good Samaritan, they were brought to safety and given the chance to grow up surrounded by love.   Known as the most affectionate of the bunch, Theodore is calm, incredibly sweet, and always ready for cuddles. He’s happiest curled up in your arms, purring away contentedly, soaking up every bit of affection you’ll give him.
