Meet Paige, the nine-month-old dilute tortoiseshell with a curious and playful spirit, and the kind of resilient heart that makes you root for her from the very first moment you hear her story! This sweet girl faced a serious health scare earlier in her young life, was treated for FIP, and came through it like the absolute champion she is. She is now nearing the end of her observation period and is healthy, happy, and so very ready for her forever home. Paige has excellent morning routines, because the very first thing she does when she wakes up is go straight to her scratching post and get down to business, which is both responsible and adorable. She loves playing with small stuffed toys and has a pretty impressive catch, though returning them is simply not part of her game yet. She is equally happy playing with her favorite human or entertaining herself independently, which makes her wonderfully flexible company. She is a good traveler, comfortable being crated, and does well with strangers. She has sweetly attempted to befriend a grumpy older cat who was not particularly interested, which says a lot about her friendly and optimistic nature. She has not been around dogs or young children yet. Paige would thrive in a home where she gets plenty of attention and interaction, or with a friendly feline companion who actually wants to play back this time.
