Meet Boots! Boots is a 6-year-old tabby-and-white gentleman—and a large one at that! He weighs in at 16 lbs, and every ounce of him is pure love. This big-hearted boy adores attention and isn’t shy about asking for it. If you want a cuddly companion who’s always ready for affection, Boots is your guy. Despite his size, he’s a gentle sweetheart and gets along wonderfully with cats, dogs, and kids. Boots is  FIV positive but negative for FeLV. He has already been  neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Cats with FIV can live full wonderful lives if cared for. If you’re looking for a big, loving presence to make your home feel even cozier, Boots is ready to fill that role! Every rescue in our care receives comprehensive vetting, which includes: A combo test Deworming Spay/neuter procedures Vaccinations Microchipping We take every possible step to ensure their health and happiness, giving them the best chance at a long, fulfilling life. While we do everything in our power to provide healthy rescues, it's important to note that some animals may have genetic health conditions we cannot predict (since we don’t have their family history). Additionally, medical tests—though highly reliable—can occasionally yield false negatives. Unexpected health issues may arise, either before or after adoption, but thanks to our thorough vetting process, the likelihood of a long and healthy life is very high. Additional adoption details: Transportation fees, if applicable, vary based on distance and expenses. Home checks may be conducted. Our standard tax-deductible adoption donation is $168.
