More about SNOWBALL

Meet Snowball, a big, beautiful white Mastiff mix with an even bigger love for life—and he’s been patiently waiting for his forever home since November 2025. Despite the long wait, Snowball hasn’t lost his joyful spirit or his eagerness to connect.Snowball is playful, strong, and full of enthusiasm. He’s looking for an active, patient and confident adopter who can match his energy and help guide him as he continues to grow into the incredible dog he’s meant to be. Kennel life just isn’t his style—he’d much rather be out stretching his legs, playing, and soaking up attention. One place Snowball truly shines is with other dogs. He loves canine companionship and is a total star in the large dog playgroups, where his friendly, social nature comes alive. He’s also a smart guy who already knows sit, paw, and down, and he’s always excited to show off his skills—especially if treats are involved. Toss him a tennis ball, and you’ll instantly see pure happiness in motion.Snowball is ready for a home where he can play hard, learn more, and finally relax knowing he belongs. If you’re looking for a loyal, fun-loving companion who will thrive with activity, structure, and love, Snowball is waiting to run straight into your heart.02/02/26What did we do on today’s adventure:Hi there! My name is Snowball, and oh boy, do I have a story for you! Today was AMAZING. The moment my walker grabbed the leash, I was ready. Tail wagging, paws dancing, heart bursting with “LET’S GO!” energy. I love adventures, and today we went to Jeffrey Fontana Park—one of my favorite places because it’s full of sniffs. You wouldn’t believe how many bushes needed my inspection. A LOT. We walked four whole miles (I’m athletic like that), and I made sure to check back every so often just to say, “You doing good back there? I’m doing GREAT!” And the birds… oh, the birds! They think they’re so sneaky, just sitting in groups on the ground. So I tried tobe EXTRA sneaky—creeping up slowly like a kitty! But every time they flew off, I leapt around like, “Woohoo! Let’s do that again!” Treats? Yes please. I take them like a gentleman. Car rides? MY FAVORITE. If I could ride on the roof with the wind blasting my face, I’d do it. But I guess the backseat will do for now. After our walk, I flopped down in the back of the car, waiting for whatever fun hing happened next. I didn’t even know a pup cup was coming—and they gave me a LARGE one! Best. Day. Ever. Anyway, if you’re looking for a fun buddy who loves adventures, birds, treats, and checking in on you because I care—that’s me. I’m Snowball, and I can’t wait to meet you. What should potential adopters know about me:Snowball is truly a joy from the moment you meet him. When I arrived for his walk, he couldn’t wait to get his leash on and head out for an adventure. He’s silly, sweet, eager to please, and an excellent walking partner who checks back in often—as if to say, “We’re having fun, right?” We went to Jeffrey Fontana Park and covered about four miles. Snowball loved sniffing every interesting bush, watching the cars goby, and—his absolute favorite—trying to sneak up on birds. It was adorable watching him creep forward with such determination, and when they finally flew away, he’d bounce around with so much happy energy. He takes treats gently and is very motivated by them, which makes him great to work with. In the car, Snowball is an enthusiastic passenger who loves looking out the window. Truly, if he could ride on top of the car with his face in the wind, he absolutely would. After our walk, he settled comfortably in the back seat, waiting patiently for the next adventure—today, that was a well-earned pup cup (a large one!), which he thoroughly enjoyed. Snowball would make a fantastic companion for an active person orfamily who loves adventures, hiking, exploring parks, or simply being outdoors. He has a wonderful mix of playful energy and sweet affection. Anyone who adopts him will be incredibly lucky.Three words to describe me:Silly, Curious, Adventurous
