More about Chap: Not at shelter (Kelsey)

This handsome boy came to us after being found as a stray at the beginning of the month. He is a very happy boy, always wagging his tail, and willing to go out for great adventures with the volunteers as they take him exploring in the fields around the shelter. He has not shown us too much of a barking personality, and looks forward to time with other dogs. He is trying very hard to keep his kennel run spotlessly clean. Chap went to the vet today and we were told he was younger than we thought. Between 1 and 2 years old. UPDATE: Chap is heartworm positive, but the good news is that his foster mom is committed to seeing him through heartworm treatment as quickly as we can arrange it!  He is in safe, capable hands and we are anxious to proceed!    PLEASE NOTE: This pet has been posted by Friends of Campbell County Animal Control, Rustburg, VA.
