More about Barney

Hi, my name is Barney and I'm about 10 months old.  Me and my litter mate, Betsy, were rescued by Bond County Humane Society from a shelter in KY.  When we arrived we were severely underweight caused by infestation of parasites.  We were treated and we have thrived and grown tremendously after receiving treatment.  I am friendly and playful.  I am very alert and watch my surroundings for anything out of the ordinary.  I love playing fetch with different toys.  I have been working on my manners and I am doing very good.  I need someone who will enforce the commands and rules for play that I have learned.  I respond well to positive reinforcement with rewards of treats and praise.  I would do best with older children who will also enforce the rules.  I am ok with other dogs with a proper introduction and supervised play.   I have seen cats, but have not interacted with them.  I am crate trained and working on house training.  I am available for immediate adoption.  I am neutered, UTD on vaccinations, treated for internal and external parasites and micro chipped.  My adoption fee is $150.00.  If you are interested in making me a member of your family please complete an Adoption Profile in person or on-line at www.bondcohumane.org.  Email the completed profile to the address provided.  A copy of our policy regarding warranties, refunds and returns is available upon request.
