More about Patches

Patches is simply the sweetest, senior tortoiseshell kitty with a heart as soft as her fur! She may be a senior, but her love for pets and attention is absolutely kitten-level. The moment you sit down, she’ll shuffle over for gentle head scratches and happily settle in for a cozy cuddle session. Patches is already declawed, so she prefers a calm, indoor life where she can feel safe and adored. She’s an expert napper, a quiet companion, and a professional purr-machine who brightens any room she’s in.  Patches had previously had some issues with not always using her litterbox, but at a vet appointment in December her bloodwork showed she has hyperthyroidism, which can surely be related to her struggles. She has since been started on medication and a specific food - and she is doing much better! We just know she has several years of cuddling left and deserves to do that with a family!  So if you’re looking for a gentle, affectionate cat who will cherish every moment by your side, Patches might just be your perfect match.
