Meet Cody! Cody’s story began with heartbreak—his mom was one of more than 15 dogs living in terrible conditions before coming into our care. Thankfully, Cody was born safe in our rescue and has only ever known love and kindness. Because of that, he’s growing up to be a happy, well-adjusted, and affectionate pup who is ready for his very own forever family! Cody is thriving in his foster home where he’s learning all about the good things in life—playtime, snuggles, and building confidence in a safe environment. He’s discovering how to live with kids and enjoys spending time with dog friends, both big and small. He’s curious and playful, but also knows how to settle down for cuddle time. This sweet boy has a friendly personality that wins people over quickly. He loves kids, gets along well with other dogs, and is eager to be part of a family who will continue his training, adventures, and shower him with the affection he deserves. Cody is the perfect mix of fun-loving and affectionate. Whether it’s playing fetch in the yard, wrestling with other dogs, or curling up at your feet, he’s happiest when he’s with his people.
