More about Ziggy

Hi, my name is Ziggy. My human parents are going to be moving out of the country. To be honest, I am told that it is a monumental task just getting the two-legged family moved and settled in. It is a bit more complicated with us four-legged types. My humans really wish they could take me with them, but cannot; this is the reality I must accept. That being said, my human mom is working with SCC to help me find a new family. I am very sociable with humans of all ages and like to hang out with them whenever they are around. I am always curious about new people. I am a delightful companion who loves snuggling on the couch! When it comes to other cats, I prefer to go solo, but I can tolerate other companions. I am a very skilled hunter of toy mice. I also like to play with those stick toys with feather doo-dads- they are great for bonding! I’ll play with almost any toy, and I love catnip, but please don’t show me a laser pointer. They are irresistible and drive me nuts! I love my perch by the window on those lazy afternoons when I’ll spend hours watching the birds and squirrels. And mostly sleeping. I am committed to my litter box, am microchipped, and current on the RCP vaccine. Mostly, I look forward to experiencing your lap!
