More about Zandi

Meet Zandi, a petite silver-gray tabby with beautiful eyes and a tiny squeaky voice she uses like a megaphone. This chatty girl greets you with rolling trills, chirps, and demanding “mow-mow-mow”s that mean “pets first, then breakfast, please.” She will politely shove her face into your hand if you forget the mandatory head scratches before setting down her food. Pets are non-negotiable. With familiar people she is a confident, tail-up lovebug. New faces may send her under the bed until things quiet down, but she soon reappears and resumes her commentary. Picking her up is still on the maybe-later list. She prefers to keep all four paws on the ground for now. She watches other cats with bright, curious eyes and no hissing, suggesting she would do well as an only cat or with a calm, friendly feline companion. Zandi is looking for a patient, quiet home where she can adjust at her own pace. Give her a couple of weeks and she will reward you with loud, happy purrs and a running narration of your day.
