More about COCOA

This is Cocoa a stunning 2 - 3 year old liver colored female GSD that is seeking her new person.  She found herself in a shelter and was extremely thin when she came in to rescue. She spend 10 days boarding at a veterinary hospital due to us not having an available foster.  She also completed a board and train program.  Once she was placed with her foster it was very apparent that there was an underlying health issue that had caused her extreme weight loss and was soon diagnosed as an EPI dog. Good news is it's easily managed with an enzyme powder sprinkled on each meal.  She has already gone from 50.8 lbs to 80 lbs in just 5 weeks. Cocoa is very intelligent and eager to please. She would do best with an experienced handler, no kids and an only pet.  She can be selective of people and seems to do best with females. Her training with Kyser K9 is life long and a new owner will be able to work with them and have access to training sessions. For more information, please email [email protected] or submit an online application at www.lostangelsanimalrescue.org to pursue an adoption.  Adoption Donation: $300.00
