More about Kentucky

Kentucky’s a gentle, quiet boy who had a rough start. As a result, he is timid with new people still but he is learning that humans can be friends. He really shines when he has a doggy best friend with him to give him a boost of confidence! He loves walks and would enjoy living with an active person or a home with a fenced in yard so he can run and play! His favorite part of day is outside time. He would never come back in if he had the choice. It often looks like he is smiling as he is laying in the grass. He’s got a little curly tail that pops up when he’s feeling good, and it’s a small sign that he’s getting there. Kentucky doesn’t need much—just time, kindness, and a calm home.
