More about Mason (in foster)
Mason is a gentle, sensitive soul who’s learning that the world can be kind again. He’s currently in a foster home in Tennessee with his brother, Monty, and does well with other dogs. Mason is still shy with people—especially men—which is completely understandable given his past. Life on the streets followed by a stay in a high-kill shelter taught him to be cautious, but despite everything he’s been through, Mason has never shown aggression. With patience, consistency, and love, Mason continues to make progress every day. He’ll need a calm, understanding home that allows him to build trust at his own pace. He’s still working on basic training and would benefit from gentle guidance and routine. Mason is an athletic boy and will jump or climb a fence if left unattended, so a secure yard and supervision are important. In return, you’ll gain a loyal companion who just needs someone willing to show him that he’s finally safe. If you have a soft spot for the quiet ones and believe in second chances, Mason may be the perfect fit for you. Mason is hanging out with his rescuer and foster mom, Carol, in Tennessee. If you have any questions, please email her at [email protected]. Adoption Fee $375
