Casper came to his foster home two weeks ago, and they fell in love with him immediately. He is the most loving animal who loves all humans. He is always up for cuddles and playing, but could go for a good nap if he is near someone he trusts.He has been phenomenal with all dogs he has met and approaches with curiosity and a playful spirit. He has shown to be great on a leash and never pulls. We’re glad he loves his ball… but his level of fixation on it goes to show just how bad this boy needs a home and a family.
