Clean bill of health from the PIPs Vet! Hi, I’m PupPup: Professional Snuggler, Leaf Chaser, and Blanket Burrito Extraordinaire!Hey there! I’m PupPup, a five-year-old mixed breed with a heart big enough to fill your whole couch (and yes, I plan to try). I was found wandering along Capital Blvd, but these days my favorite place to be is right by your side, preferably under a blanket with just my nose poking out.I’m what the humans call a “Velcro dog” because I like to stick close. If you head to another room, I’ll be right there like your fuzzy little shadow. When you come home, I’ll bound over and flop onto my back for belly rubs because, let’s face it, I know how to work the charm.My favorite hobbies include: Spinning in joyful circles with a toy in my mouth (it’s hilarious, just ask my foster family)  Lounging in the sun or chasing leaves like it’s my full-time job Snuggling. Always snuggling. Couch time is sacred I love kids of all ages and I’m gentle, patient, and perfectly happy to soak up all the attention they want to give. I can live with other dogs, but I’m a little picky about my canine friends. I tend to do best with calm, neutered male dogs and proper introductions. Honestly, though, I’m happiest just hanging with my people.I do get a little nervous in big crowds or storms (those thunder noises are terrifying). When it storms, I like to put on my Thunder Vest and hunker down in a cozy bathroom until it’s over. I’ve been getting braver every day thanks to positive experiences and love from my foster family.I’d fit perfectly with a family, an apartment dweller, or even a retiree. Anyone who wants a loyal, loving, and endlessly affectionate companion would be my perfect match.
