Elfie is our quirky, sweet boy who has been patiently waiting over a year for his forever home—and we just know the right family is out there for him. He has a special way of making everyone smile, and it’s no surprise that our staff and volunteers absolutely adore him.Elfie gets along well with other dogs and is a joy to walk—he’s great on a leash and loves heading out on new adventures.
